Oatmeal White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies

Or as I called these on my insta:

Oatmeal Cinnamon Taste the Sweetness of First Loves and Fond Memories Cookies.

A little sweet, a little salty and a blur of delicious flavors wrapped up together. 

Baking, they reminded me of the smell of fresh pralines in New Orleans.

Note: These over-bake fast so don't walk away from em. 

Also: They'll make killer ice cream sandwiches with their crunchy-chewy texture.


Oven 350

Bake time 10-13 minutes

1/4 c white sugar

1/2 c brown sugar

1/2 c (1 stick) butter, softened

BEAT (I use an electric hand mixer because I love the personal feel of making this come together)

1 egg

1 1/2 tsp vanilla 

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

1 c flour     (I use Cup 4 Cup for al my gluten free baking)

1 1/4 c rolled oats


1/2 c white chocolate chips

1/4 dried cranberries 

1/4 semi-sweet chocolate chips

MIX with a spatula or spoon (23 turns for good luck) 

CHILL 30 minutes 

SCOOP  & BAKE 10-13 minutes
